As CFO for Big Picture Learning and a Boston resident Brenda brings a voice that understands Big Picture Learning and how to build and maintain a strong financial footing for our school.
Brenda Rodriguez, Chief Financial Officer, Big Picture Learning, oversees the company’s finance strategy and supports its international practice and innovation line of business. Most recently she served as College Bound Dorchester’s CFO and oversaw all business functions including business strategy, finance, technology, and facilities. Brenda brings experience in financial reporting, internal controls and process improvement in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She started her career in public accounting at PwC, moving on to various finance leadership roles at the New York Times Company, including the head of finance for Boston.com. She currently serves as Treasurer for Harbor Health Services, a $70M community health organization serving over 28,000 patients. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University, and an MBA from Duke University.
